My personalized services, which include multi-faith, multi-cultural, and same sex weddings and elopements/paper signings in the Toronto and Niagara/Beamsville area, honour and respect the traditions and wishes of the clients I serve. It is my job to support you, to listen to you, and to guide you through your big moment with ease and flow.
About Lori Lytle
I'm Reverend Lori Lytle. I am a Metaphysical Minister with the Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry (C.I.M.M.). Metaphysics recognizes and respects all religions and spiritual paths. I am free to marry couples of any faith, culture, or sexual orientation.
People ask me why I decided to be ordained, and why I became a wedding officiant. There are many reasons, but the main catalyst was this: an epic love story. My parents got divorced when I was a child, but over the course of many, many years they found their way back to each other, and they decided to get remarried. A very lovely woman, a friend of my sister's, conducted the heartwarming, yet short and sweet ceremony. And I thought to myself, what a fantastic job, I want to do that. This amazing officiant, The Marrying Lady, took me under her wing, trained me, let me shadow her, before she released me out into the world. So, being a wedding officiant is a labor of love for me.
Actually, two epic love stories. I never thought I would get married, I didn't see the need for the paperwork. That all changed when I met my partner. Suddenly a wedding seemed like the most wonderful and natural thing in the world! The paperwork was important, but for us it was more about declaring our love, standing up in front of friends and family and letting them know we mean it, we're in this together, forever. I remember my wedding day with profound happiness, and as an officiant I want to contribute to the happiness of other lovebirds out there.
The service I provide is supportive, reliable, conscientious, sincere and warm in all cases! (I may get a little teary during the ceremony, but I am always a professional!)
I have a background in event planning, so I understand the elements of creating a beautiful, seamless experience for you and your guests. My educational and professional background has also focused on the traditions and beliefs of many different cultures and paths, and I am happy and able to assist you in creating a ceremony that reflects your own personal style and vision.
